Chicken Wings

I am not sure if you have seen the animated movie Leap but my two year old loves it and makes me watch it 20 times a day. If you have you would know why I made a reference of leap with chicken wings!

We all love chicken specially the wings. This is the easiest and the juiciest recipe I have ever made in my life. Even better than the best wing place in town!

If you have been following my blog you must know by now how much I love to prepare food in advance and freeze it. However even if I prepare 50 of these wings they don’t last a day. Sigh…

So here’s the simple recipe.

Ingredients

12 wings any way you like

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp red chilli flakes

Any wings sauce you like Franks hot sauce, nandos peri peri or zero carb bbq sauce.

Directions

1) Mix all the ingredients except wing sauce. Marinate for half an hour or freeze for later.

2) Preheat airfryer to 375F for 5 min. Cook wings for 14 minutes each side. Then increase the heat to 425 F and cook another 3 or 4 min till crispy.

You can also bake these for 24 minutes on 400F turning once and then broiling for 4 minutes.

3) Cover them generously with the sauce of your choice and serve!

I served them with zoodles and broccoli and cheese balls!
