Ingredients
2 avocados
1 tomato chopped
1/4 onion chopped
A handful if cilantro chopped
1/8 tsp garlic
1/8 cup lemon juice or juice of one lemon
1/4 tsp salt
A pinch of pepper
Directions
- Mash the avocado with lemon juice, salt, pepper and garlic.
- Mix in the rest of the ingredients.
- Taste and adjust it accordingly. Serve it as a side or eat it with cheese chips as a snack!
