2 avocados

1 tomato chopped

1/4 onion chopped

A handful if cilantro chopped

1/8 tsp garlic

1/8 cup lemon juice or juice of one lemon

1/4 tsp salt

A pinch of pepper


  1. Mash the avocado with lemon juice, salt, pepper and garlic.
  2. Mix in the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Taste and adjust it accordingly. Serve it as a side or eat it with cheese chips as a snack!
