6 Fish fillets (any kind)
2 tsp red chilli powder
1/8 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp salt or as per taste
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/4 cup lemon juice or juice of one lemon
2 tbsp butter
1) Marinate the fillets in everything except butter. Put in fridge for 3 hours or freeze for later.
2) Cover all the fillets in butter and fry or bake at 400 F for 15 minutes. You can also grill these.
3) Serve with guacamole or grilled asparagus or any vegetable you like.
