Lamb Chops



1 rack of lamb (8 chops)

1/2 packet shan chapli kebab masala

1 tbsp ginger paste

1 tbsp garlic paste

3 tbsp greek yogurt (you can skip yogurt)


  1. Marinate the chops for atleast an hour. I prefer to marinate it overnight. You can freeze these too and cook them later.
  2. Grill them. You can also fry for 3 minutes on each side and then bake it in the oven at 400 F for 10 minutes turning once halfway through.
  3. Let it rest for 2 minutes. Serve with keto coleslaw.
