How to make Roasted Lamb Leg

Keto diet lamb leg recipe

Ingredients

4 lbs beef or 1 leg of lamb or goat (make slits on it)

2 tbsp garlic paste

2 tbsp ginger paste

4 tsp red chilli pepper

Salt to taste

Juice of 1 lemon

2 tbsp soy sauce

2 tbsp mustard powder

1 tbsp paprika

4 tbsp greek yogurt (optional)

1 tbsp white pepper

1 tbsp black pepper

Directions

1) Marinate the meat in all the ingredients. You can freeze it at this point.

2) Fry it from both sides for 2 minutes each.

3) Slow cook it for 6 hours. You can skip the second step and just slow cook it directly.

For the roasted lamb leg put it in the roasting pan and cover it loosely with foil. Cook for an hour in the oven at 250 F. Take it out and baste it with butter or left over marinade. Increase oven temperature to 325 F and roast till its done (takes another hour)

Rest it for 10 minutes and serve with the sides of your choice.
