Avocado Chips


Meat of 2 Avocados

1 cup Parmesan cheese

1 tbsp Almond flour

2 tsp lemon juice

A pinch of Italian seasoning, salt and pepper (anything you like)


  1. Preheat oven to 325 F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Do not use aluminium foil. they will stick.
  2. Mix all the ingredients and shape it in thin round flat pieces. Keep them 2 inches apart on the baking sheet.
  3. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes till golden.
  4. Let them cool and serve.
