Spinach Berry Salad

I was making this yesterday with dinner and I suddenly realized why haven’t I written about it already. This is the easiest salad recipe with minimum amount of preparation. Can be perfect for keto diet if the carbs are limited. Its good as a side, a snack and even for lunch. You can add sliced boiled eggs or left over chicken for some protein. It has such a fresh and cool taste. I am also planning to make this for my bbq today!


1/4 cup sliced strawberries

1/4 cup blueberries

1/3 cup baby spinach

2 or 3 tbsp pine nuts or slivered almonds

1/4 cup Feta cheese

1/4 cup or more greek salad dressing


1) Combine spinach and berries.

2) Pour the dressing and feta cheese and mix.

3) Sprinkle pine nuts or almonds. Stir and serve!
